Para confirmar una pregunta que me han hecho:
¿Qué tipo de material sueles imprimir para que el sol y la sal no lo destruya en poco tiempo?

Para el exterior del barco siempre ASA, derivado del ABS y con sus mismas características y con resistencia a los ultravioletas y al ambiente marino.
Para el interior el PLA puede durar unos años.

Pero tened en cuenta que para imprimir ASA y ABS hace falta una temperatura de 240-260 para el extrusor y 90-100 para la cama y no todas las impresoras pueden dar esas temperaturas.
Y además hay que cubrir-aislar la impresora durante toda la impresión, ya que una racha de aire más frío y pieza a la basura.

NOTA IMPORTANTE- CONVERSIÓN DE FICHEROS OBJ A STL (y otros)::sip:

Algunos de los ficheros que vienen en los modelos, como este Mini Transat, vienen en formato .obj.
Este es un formato 3d que NO todos los programas de impresión lo reconocen.
El sistema más fácil de convertirlo a .STL es abrirlo en Windows con el programa que viene por defecto para este menester.
Es el 3D BUILDER, no confundir con el 3d Painter u otros.
Con este programa se pueden hacer cambios sencillos con mucha facilidad, como cortar, vaciar, cambiar tamaño, añadir texto, crear imágenes y logos, etc.

Yo antes de imprimir siempre paso todos los ficheros por este programa, ya que detecta si el fichero es correcto para imprimir y en caso negativo lo arregla.

PD. Cura y Prusa Slicer SI admiten .OBJ.

(Yo le quitaría las letras para hacer más sólida la palanca o las haría menos profundas)
