Hola Guillermo, un saludo a tod@s. Como sabeis Valerie representa una gestoria francesa que esta abanderando en Holanda principalmente en una modalidad deportiva, pero que a los efectos conseguias la bandera holandesa sin residir allí.
Me comenta lo siguiente:

For your information, the Dutch authorities were not used to receive many
requests of ship station licenses from non-Dutch owners.
So, they answered that it is necessary for them to study correctly each of
this request and this takes more time for them.
They are also checking if it is not possible that each owner can make this
request in his own country of residence. I guess that this is this point
that they would like to check on the legal (Judicial) point.
As soon as I have more information, I let you know.
