You've mandated us for the registration of your boat in the Netherlands and the radio license application.
The Dutch authorities for Telecom indicated us a leadterm of 8 weeks.
Recently, the Dutch authorities of Telecom informed us that it was no longer possible for non-Dutch owners to obtain radio license with their services. They have informed us of the refusal to issue your license.
We immediately alerted the European authorities for Telecom who will provide a future European Committee for work on the marine radio to harmonize rules on the matter.
In the current situation, we cannot guarantee that our efforts are successful. Moreover, under the Dutch flag, no other country is authorized to issue a radio license.
Accordingly, please give us your bank details in order that we can proceed to the reimbursement of expenses (25.00 euros) you incurred.
