After last discussions with them, they refused to deliver the licenses because they do not consider that the ICP is a Dutch flag certificate (this problem is in process to be solved. We are waiting the written confirmation from the Dutch Ministry of transportation that the ICP delivered by ANWB is of course a Dutch flag certificate). They could deliver the radio license for boats not flying Dutch flag but only in case the radio equipment is used in the Dutch territorial waters.
