la nochebuena en el phesheya
por la noche pasó un frente con vientos de 47 nudos y olas de 5m
pusimos 3 rizos, para ir a 19 nudos de velocidad
el piloto se portó muy bien
por la mañana las olas continuan siendo enormes y tenemos buenas surfeadas
Last night a storm took its toll on Phesheya. There was a big front that begun to pass over us. We saw winds up to 47 knots and waves of 5m. At one stage we surfed down a wave with 3 reefs and stay sail at 19 knots! Nick and I were both holding on very tight but the auto pilot did a very good job and just continued down the next wave! The front past over early this morning and we gybed. During the course of today the wind has eased off and we were able to change first to 2 reefs and later to the solent. The waves are still enormous and we are having some big surfs
