Como comenta Nonik, es un problema de presiones. Tus pulmones no tienen la fuerza suficiente para llenarse de aire una vez sometido tu cuerpo a presion.
Yo no lo utilizaria ni loco. Lo mejor, como ya se ha dicho, un biberon de 10 litros o menos con regulador (os acordais del scubapro R 190?) de lo mas sencillo y UN BUEN CURSO DE BUCEO.
