Una idea que podria resultar.
Rebajar con una dremel o similar esos dos centimetros y pegarle un trocito de chapa, tintar y barnizar al tono

Gracias. la verdad es que habia pensado en la Dremel. Me ha sido muy util en pequeñas reparaciones a bordo
