Pasos :
1-Tener el libro realizado
2-Hablar con la editorial GB para ceder los derechos de traducion realizado
3-Hablar de lo que quiere la editorial GB en €€ en tramite
4-Traducirlo (seria bueno hacer una "lista" de traductores buenos que quieran colaborar , yque tendran algo especial si sale adelante )
5-Editarlo
6-Venderlo
Como posiblemente el editor tendra que soltar pasta por adelantado , cuando se sepan los costes, se calculara el precio del libro y se abrira el plazo de "incripcion seria" con pago (que cuando la edicion este en la calle sera superior)

Por si ayuda, y para si el editor quiere ajustar algo más, transcribo lo que me contesto a mi hace 15 días la editorial GB. Asi avanzamos un poco más rápido.
Sin ser un erudito de este tema me parece muy coherente el precio:

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Our most usual way is for you to offer an advance set against royalties.
For example I imagine an advance for a book such as this should be around €1000. Royalties as follows: 5% to 2,000copies, 6% to 4,000 copies, 7% thereafter
5 year licence. You can work out what you want to offer as an advance based on your print run, retail price and royalty rate. ie the advance should be at least half of the royalties due for the first print run.
We would sell the disk containing the artwork to you for €250.
Alternatively you can make an offer for a certain print run and a one off fee. So, if you know how many you intend to print we would set a contract for that amount and you would pay for that print run only. If you want to print more you would have to pay another one off fee.
