Este motor es de los mas duros que existen. Yo empezaria por cambiar:
El colector que ya lo teneis roto
manguitos
Correa
Impulsora de la bomba de agua (o la bomba entera. En Sole creo que te dan a cambio de lavieja una reparada a buen precio)
Aceite de inversora y carter y filtro de aceite
mira tambien el termostato que no este bloqueado o sucio.
A partir de ahi, arrancar y ver que tal suena, para descartar roturas interiores. Si funciona bien, no cambies nada
