Si por esas casualidades alguien más está en mi situación, comento lo que se indica en la
página que indicó astrolabio
:

Traduzco; Si bien desde hace un año que no se concede la bandera belga a ciudadanos NO CE o que no residan en Bélgica, desde la página recomiendan el pabellón holandés, que sí lo otorgan si se tiene un copropietario con más de la mitad de la propiedad del barco.
