The BORD A BORD 48 is a sailing boat in aluminium dedicated to cruises and fast trips. This boat is the fruit of 2 experiences of welle known architects Pierre Rolland and Pierre Delion. Firstly, the idea was to create a sailing boat able to give good results, easy operating for two people and with enough room to assure a pleasant life aboard.
Everything has been thought : consequent length at waterline (narrow stem but a long rollerto facilitate the mooring, double bilge and double rudder blade to provide a stability and the use of automatic piloting..."
Le BORD A BORD 48 est un voilier de grand voyage rapide performant et innovant avec sa quille pivotante à relevage hydraulique et une carène moderne inspirée de la course au large. On peut ainsi réduire son tirant d’eau à 1.20 mètre ce qui permet l’échouage et la navigation en eaux peu profondes. Les architectes ont recherché de légèreté et de centrage des masses, y compris dans les aménagements. La circulation à bord est agréable et fluide. Les allures de près serré sont un vrai un plaisir.
