Indeed, it is me who's notifying your EPIRB at Cospas-Sarsat (IBRD). In order to do this, you'll have me to give me the right 15 bit hexadecimal code, which has to be programmed into your EPIRB and who's based on our MMSI and your type of beacon.

Vamos a ver, Yo programe mi radio-baliza con el Mmsi belga, envíe un email justo ahí, y me respondieron que era sólo grabar la radiobaliza y que no había que hacer nada más, que Yo no les tenía que enviar a ellos ningún certificado.
