Es sencillo, que marca y modelo es tu tablet? en la info de la aplicación te dice en que aparatos se ha testado, concretamente tu versión de Android es compatible con ese Navionics.

Navionics ha certificado los siguientes tablets Android con un sistema operativo de 3.0 o más: NAVIOTAB, Nexus 7, Motorola XOOM MZ604, Asus EeePad transformador TF101, Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 'GT-P7500, Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, Acer Iconia Tab A501.

yo les he escrito, y me han contestado esta mañana:
"Please be aware that due to a temporary problem, you may experience some issues when trying to re-install. The reason is that our apps have temporarily been removed from the Google Play Store in order to correct some functionality issues we have recently discovered. It is important that we provide our customer with the highest quality apps possible. Improved Android Marine apps will be available soon. We apologize for the inconvenience.
