El soler 38 de Teixidó fué uno de los primeros modelos que me interesaron y que descarté por precio (es más caro que el JPK38)

hanks for your request, the concept of this fast cruising yacht with pilothouse was born after my building the various custom sailing yachts for my clients and receiving the "wish-list" from them and other contacts.
Half of them want to have modern fast cruising yacht about 35-40ft, the second half want to have the the heavy semi-classic yacht about 40-50ft , but both want to have the pilothouse and reasonable price.
I found that no such boats on the market at all, and now I realize the first part in concept of Soler.
At the moment I am building at boatyard in Poland the smaller model - Soler-35 FC, which is scheduled for launch in January 2014 and then some tests in Spain.
The Soler-38 is similar boat, just 1 m longer and 20 cm wider, with bigger volume, sails and speed accordingly.
The design of Soler-38 is preliminary and will be prepared upon order and finish of trials of Soler-35.

Besides the pilothouse and speed, there are other key points in this concept: practical boat (simple, easy cleaning interior, no any varnished wood, no teak decks, big storage lockers and tanks, etc) and safe boat (3 watertight bulkheads, isolated engine and systems compartments, extra bilge pumps, etc).
Lifting keel is essential thing for performance and cruising in shallow water.

The Soler-38 indication price 195.000 euro ExWorks Poland, ex VAT, standard specification (ready for sail, but without extras: electronics, heater, generator, transport)
Preparation of building documentation about 5 month
Building time about 10 month
Payment terms: 5% on sign of preliminary contract, 20% on sign of building contract, 30%+30%+10% during the building time, 5% before delivery.

Hull options:
a) Hull and deck - Divinicell foam sandwich with vacuum infusion technology and vinylester resin.
b) Hull - aluminium alloy 5083, deck of Divinecell foam sandwich (price indication about 215.000 euro)

After the test the Soler-35, you can decide about your order, so you will not be exactly the first, as prototype will be already on water, the modern design software and experienced designer team together with builders allow to design and build any boat with very high accuracy, so no chance for mistake as 20 years ago.
