Hay opiniones... esto es lo que dice en un e-book que he encontrado muy bien documentado ("Second Hand boats", Andrew Simpson)

Ferro-concrete: Often wrongly called ‘ferro-cement’. This undeniably unlovely material has
had a bad press over the years – in many ways undeserved. Reviled by purist yacht owners, the ‘rocker’ has become the brutish outcast of the sailing world.
Personally, I don’t entirely go along with this. Although there are certainly some awful examples about – almost invariably home built by people with more enthusiasm than skill – there are also some very fine yachts to be found.
Clearly no ferro-concrete is going to be a lightweight flyer but, if you’re looking for something which, as another income source, you could charter out as an ice-breaker, then it’s worth a second thought.
When buying second-hand, you can get a lot of ferro-cement boat for your money. Naturally, you must be careful in your choice – the differences between the good and the bad aren’t always distinguishable – but, given a modicum of caution, you could find just the boat you want at a very keen price indeed.
