Perdón por la pesadez... Seguimos con la comparativa europea. Muchos ponen como ejemplo a Alemania por la rigurosidad de los estándares etc... Veamos lo que hace falta para una embarcación de recreo:

Osease, que con que tengas la señalización luminosa y acústica requerida por el RIPA, vas que chutas. Y sólo hace falta registrar barcos de más de 15 m.
Ed. Los de chárter sí necesitan un certificado de seguridad, lo que parece bastante lógico, como ha mencionado arriba un cofrade.
