There will be no active, separate supervision to check that recreational craft comply with the requirements, but persons caught in the act by the police or the coast guard may face an on-the-spot-fine for the discharge of sewage. Instead, the supervision will be directed towards the marinas, to make sure that they really are able to receive the waste that the boat owners need to dispose of.
It is not possible to apply for exemptions, neither from the discharge ban nor from the reception facility requirements for the marinas.
Básicamente te informa que hay 270 estaciones para deshacerte de los contenidos de los "toilets" y que NO habrá una supervisión para comprobar los barcos, aunque si te pillan habrá multa, (obvio,) sino, habrá una supervisión de las marinas para recibir esos deshechos.
Aquí podrían hacer lo mismo - ya sabrán muchos de aquí lo difícil que es encontrar un puerto en verano donde la maquina "vacía KK" funcione.

...Y aquí exigiendo el inexigible, por cierto, "Certificado Marpol", papelito de nula eficacia desde el punto de vista de evitar la contaminación marina; por cuanto no demuestra absolutamente nada, pero sirve para que te metan otro rejón de unos cuantos cientos de "leuros" que es para lo que se legisla aquí.
Tu puedes llevar el puto papelito en regla, y verter cada día toda la mierda que te de la gana. Pero eso sí, vas legal.
Sin duda el sistema sueco es el correcto.
