An ICP is only a proof of ownership. It is not forbidden to put a Dutch flag on your boat, but with an ICP you are not navigating under the Dutch Flag.
Para evitar problemas, ni malas interpretaciones... paso de traducirlo al español.... Usar Google o un amigo.
