Hola, no sé dónde estás consultando las SMCP, en el texto que tengo yo la B2/5.4 dice:
Deformation(s) / indentation(s) to the stem / bulb.
Stem es roda y bulb en bulbo de proa (si el barco lo tiene)
Es un errata en el texto
