De momento no he encontrado la manera de inscribir el barco en el nuevo REJA24 sin ser Polaco y tener un PESEL o vivir en Polonia.
No he encontrado la manera de obtener la LOGIN.GOV.PL sin tener PESEL (número nacional de identificación polaco) o documentación de identidad polaca. Por otro lado para la firma cualificada que nombró Bertie a través de la empresa SZAFIR, les envié un mail preguntando por cómo obtener la firma electrónica siendo extranjero y viviendo en el extranjero, a lo que me respondieron: “In response to your message i woud like to inform, that we can prepare certyficate for you, but you need to collect that certificate in Poland, in branch of KIR or cooporated banks.

Once completed form, should be printed and signed by the person appearing in the legal representation of the company and along with the company's documents (documents confirming legal representation of the company) send to the KIR Branch, whose address will appear in the summary.
If you decide to order a signature with basic data and make an online payment, sending paper documents will not be necessary - the information will be available in the summary after completing the order.
The certificate can be collected at our branch or in one of the banks that cooperate with us (list is available in the order form).“

Por otro lado escribí a la PZZ explicando que de momento no he podido registrar el barco por la imposibilidad de crear una cuenta de usuario, al no poder obtener la firma electrónica o la login.gov.pl... Katarzyna (trabajadora de la PZZ) me respondió lo siguiente: “Unfortunately I cannot answer to your message as I am trying to register the vessels in new system REJA24. I will try to reply as soon as I can.”
Así está la cosa por ahora...
PD: una manera de obtener el login.gov.pl es a través de unos bancos concretos (ING y Santander están en la lista) no sé si siendo cliente de estos bancos en España se podría conseguir, pero no es nuestro caso...
