Hola bela Familia.

Acabo de receber un email: Tengo la documentación definitiva para bandera de CANADA :-)

Dejo la copia del email en ingles para qué vean:

CRISTIANO DA SILVA

Your request for a pleasure craft licence (PCL) has been reviewed and processed. Attached is a copy of your permanent pleasure craft licence (PCL) (QC7440343). A copy of this document must be kept on board the vessel at all times.

Due to changes in the Canada Shipping Act, 2001, pleasure craft licences are now valid for ten (10) years. If there are changes to your name or particulars of your vessel or address in that time, you must update your licence.

In accordance with the Canada Shipping Act, 2001, s. 204, licensed vessels must be marked with the licence number of the vessel in block characters not less than 75mm (3 inches) high and in a colour that contrasts with their background. The number is to be located: (a) on each side of the bow of the vessel, or (b) on a board permanently attached to the vessel as close to the bow as practicable, so that the number is clearly visible from each side of the bow.

For more information, visit Transport Canada's Office of Boating Safety website at www.tc.gc.ca/boatingsafety or call the Boating Safety Infoline at 1-800-267-6687.

Remember to use your boat safely, keep it in good working order and properly dispose of it when it is no longer seaworthy. You are responsible for any pollution-related costs, including clean-up and/or repairs.

Don’t abandon your boat or let it become a wreck. Abandoned boats and wrecks may interfere with safe boating, put public safety at risk and harm the environment. For more information and tips on responsible boat ownership, visit: www.tc.gc.ca/abandonedboats
