Please note that the Canadian Pleasure craft licence Program is only accessible to the vessels that will be principally operated or maintained in Canada.

It is also not a registration and is only an identification Canada gives to the recreational boats (pleasure crafts) that sail in its waters.
As your boat is not already in Canada, your application for a new licence QC7447621 will then have to be rejected.

You will have the possibility to apply for a Pleasure craft licence only if and when you sail in Canada. You will also have to cancel that licence as soon as you leave Canadian waters.
