One of our teachers wants to move and has asked my wife to be his rent guarantor as he doesn't have anyone else to ask. I am wary and would like to find information about any limits on her potential liability in this situation.
Does anyone have information or a link to information about this (Japanese is fine). Someone told us the law changed recently to make things less risky for guarantors.
