Siendo inglés y navegando en un barco de bandera francesa que te ha prestado un amigo, no creo que tengas ningún tipo de problema. Las autoridades españolas sólo persiguen y hostigan a los españoles que navegan bajo cualquier bandera. Debe tener un seguro válido. A ver si algún otro amigo tiene un mejor consejo.
