He releído las instrucciones y creo que el problema puede venir por aquí:

7、 After turning on the device, ensure that the RF port
has been properly connected to the antenna or cable.
Under any circumstances, not allow to remove the RF
frequency cable during working process, so as to avoid
damaging amplifier module inside the device.

Para configurarlo me lo llevé a casa y lo encendí sin conectar a ninguna antena RF

Si es este el problema, podré encontrar a alguien que sepa reparar el modulo de amplificación?
