Parece que la herramienta de borrado de los AIS Raymarine ya no funciona con los sistemas operativos actuales.
El cofrade Orzado ha dado con una solución que le ha resuelto el problema y que adjunto aquí para quien lo pueda necesitar.
Se trata de incluir unas líneas de código en la consola del ProAIS2. Estos programas se encuentran en la página de soporte de Raymarine.

I have just received my Raymarine AIS 700 and managed to reset the AIS code :-)
3 - Step :
Fist Step - Download the PC TO AIS (ProAIS2) software from the raymarine website (public site)

Second Step - Install the software and connect to your device over USB
3rd step : Go to the serial data and enter in the box Enter commands next commands one by one , enter after each command :
$PSMT,0,3,0x2C75B2FA,1,nvdeli "mmsi",52*45
$PSMT,0,3,0x2C75B2FA,1,delay 100,53*06
$PSMT,0,3,0x2C75B2FA,1,bootcmd 0,56*0B
Wait -- and reconnect your device after 1min.
