EL INFORME PRELIMINAR DICE QUE A ESPERA DE SABER EL INFORME FINAL CON LA SITUACIÓN DE LOS MAMPAROS Y DEL PECIO, LA QUILLA RETRACTIL DE 60 TONELADAS DEBÍA ESTAR BAJADA POR CONTRATO AL ESTAR EL BARCO COMPLETO.

Por eso los informes se interpretan, presentar este informe lleva a la cárcel al Capitán SI o SI

Este informe condena al Capitán porque según el SIB, debía estar bajada la quilla por seguridad al estar el barco completo y con un 10% de peso de consumibles y todos los cálculos y resultados son con la quilla subida. Esto es un incumplimiento gravísimo del Capitán del que era conocedor.

EL informe real, al que alude el Astillero deberá ser presentado como informe de parte con las dos condiciones contractuales obligadas el libro SIB: Quilla bajada (confirmado que no lo estaba) y barco sellado con mamparos cerrados (por confirmar)

Además no dice lo que machaconamente repite alguien, que el barco era inestable e inseguro por patatas, porque la hipótesis de este informe es con quilla subida, como dije anteriormente varias veces. Cuando se mete mucho ruido es que se quiere tapar el sol con el dedo
Al final he tenido que leer el informe de lo que se preveía.

¿Qué se gana citando un informe y solo una curva y no las condiciones previas y conclusiones que dicen justo lo contrario de esa curva porque no eran las condiciones que tenia que tener el YATE ANCLADO CON TODOS A BORDO POR CONTRATO Y QUILLA BAJADA?

Bayesian’s SIB contained curves for the sailing conditions when at maximum load, contractual full load and in the light load condition.
In all three of these conditions the centreboard had to be lowered.

"The SIB did not contain such curves for when Bayesian was operating in the motoring condition where the centreboard was raised and no sails were up."
Es decir, en condición de motora o sin velas y con quilla subida no contiene dichas curvas, pero si las contiene y ordena con quilla bajada, ergo el Capitán debió bajarlas, porque pasaba de una situación de incertidumbre a una segura según manual y ordenada por contrato: siempre que haya pasaje (BARCO COMPLETO) QUILLA BAJADA. Es decir que el propio informe invalida la tesis de alguien con quilla subida porque el manual del barco no las contiene PORQUE NO LO PERMITE

"The investigation commissioned a stability and windage study for Bayesian. The University of Southampton’s Wolfson Unit for Marine Technology and Industrial Aerodynamics (Wolfson Unit) undertook the study and first built a stability model for Bayesian that replicated the information contained in the approved SIB. The stability model was subsequently adjusted to replicate the assumed loss condition; assessed as being similar to the motoring condition, with the centreboard raised and in the loaded arrival state (with 10% consumables on board)."

"These vulnerabilities (when in the motoring condition with sails lowered, the centreboard raised and 10% consumables on board) were not identified in the stability information book carried on board. Consequently, these vulnerabilities were also unknown to either the owner or the crew of Bayesian."

La tormenta duró desde las 3:30 hasta las 4:30, donde el yate continuo también se paró, luego no fue una manga violenta instantánea y si tormenta de verano

Tampoco se dice el viento que había ni se da el dato de la medición porqué anemómetro

Dicen que tras examinar el pecio y hacer la investigación completa se sacará el informe definito

LO QUE SI HA SACADO A LA LUZ, ES QUE SI O SI, LA QUILLA DEBIA ESTAR BAJADA POR CONTRATO Y NO LO ESTABA.
Habla del manual recuperado cuando la Naviera Perini tendría original, sellado por el colegio naval, autoridades y cuando seria uno de los documentos legales entregados en la compra venta al armador y al seguro

No dice por ningún lado los DATOS RECUPERADOS DE VELOCIDAD, VIENTO ETC ¿de donde saca 70 nudos?
No obstante es INFORME para barco con quilla subida condición que legalmente no podía tener, CON QUILLA BAJADA NO DICE NADA DE LA VELOCIDAD MAXIMA DE VIENTO QUE PODIA SOPORTAR, calculo que estará OBLIGATORIAMENTE EN LA MEMORIA CONSTRUCTIVA, AUTORIZACIONES, COMPRA VENTA, SEGURO. Luego este informe pese a lo que defiende uno, condena al capitán, y lo dije ayer, que los informes se interpretan y hay que saber

No ha transcendido porque es un informe de parte, en este caso de Perini y del dueño, como dijimos ayer, que habria mas informes


VIENTO Y POSIBLE MANGA MARINA PARA LLEGAR A LOS 74 NUDOS COMO CONDICION DE VUELCO DEL BARCO (CON QUILLA SUBIDA LO QUE ESTABA PROHIBIDO POR CONTRATO)

"The investigation examined the published weather forecasts for the period, some actual weather observations from the night of 18/19 August 2024, evidence from local closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage and witness testimony. This was combined with the output of an Italian weather report for the area."

Es decir, PREVISIONES, PERO NO MEDICIONES DE 70 NUDOS, ESO SI, HABIA ALERTA PREVIA POR MUCHOS SITIOS, cosa que se negó desde el primer post.

"Italian forecasters issued a gale warning of northwesterly gale force 8 winds for Sardinia and Corsica with associated isolated thunderstorms with local gusts for Sicily. This was updated and reiterated at 0000 UTC on 19 August 2024"

Es decir el viento era de "Un viento de fuerza 8, según la escala de Beaufort, se considera un Temporal, con vientos que oscilan entre 62 y 74 km/h (34-40 nudos)", pero el viento máximo con quilla subida para volcar era de 74 nudos, luego el informe dice que las mediciones a día de hoy no se llegó a esa condición limite, justo lo contrario de lo que alguien repite machaconamente.
El viento previsto era de hasta 41 nudos, y el posible de 74 no aparece por ningún lado, se supone para pre concluir lo que este informe quiere dictar provisionalmente

"At 0352 on 19 August 2024, around 5nm to the north-west of the Porticello anchorage, winds were recorded to have suddenly increased from around 5kts to 41kts from the north-west"

"The Met Office study concluded that a trough of low pressure transited the area overnight on 18/19 August 2024. It noted that local data suggested there was a large amount of convective available potential energy (CAPE)4 in the atmosphere. Sufficient wind shear5 was evident in the atmosphere, and the conditions were borderline for the development of supercells6. High inshore sea-surface temperatures may also have contributed energy to the development of weather systems.
The Met Office study of satellite imagery indicated that the mesocyclonic storm front was demonstrating the properties of a significant supercell with associated downdrafts and possible near-surface winds in excess of 100 miles per hour (87kts). The study concluded that a mesocyclonic storm was highly likely with an associated supercell being probable. It also concluded that tornadic waterspouts and downdrafts were possible where local winds could reach extreme hurricane force well in excess of 64kts. Such tornadic waterspout features could be of very limited horizontal extent (50m to 100m wide)."

Es decir, que PUDO PASAR, PERO NO LO ACREDITA, ES DECIR, ES UNA OPINIÓN NO ES UN HECHO VALIDO JUDICIALMENTE PORQUE CABE LO CONTRARIO

Por otro lado dice

"A supercell is an isolated mesocyclonic storm that contains updrafts of wind that rotate about a vertical axis. Supercells produce damaging winds and hail and can produce tornados, or tornadic waterspouts. The thunderstorms have associated updrafts and downdrafts. Updraft associated winds can be tornadic in character and can be associated with winds from 56kts to over 175kts. A downdraft is where precipitation and wind “falls” from the storm. Downdraft associated winds can be intense and cause damage when they reach the ground"

Es decir SON VIENTOS VERTICALES CON PUNTAS DE VELOCIDAD, PERO NO ES UN VIENTO LATERAL SOBRE EL MASTIL Y OBRA VIVA. Una vez que llegan a tierra es cuando causan el destrozo, pero no hay ni un solo video de nadie; Bayessian, otros barcos, CCTV en tierra de una MANGA, luego ese viento de mas de 74 nudos no está acreditado por ningún lado. Es mas un viento vertical descendiente de golpe, hubiera destrozado la cubierta pero sin hundirlo y tampoco hay estudio alguno de esa situación y este estudio jamás ha considerado ese viento vertical, sino lateral y mantenido, cosa que no es una MANGA. QUE EL DAÑO ES CUANDO TOCA TIERRA

No hay que sepamos datos en tierra de que la supuesta manga tocara, que es cuando se mitigan. Hubieran causado un destrozo, lanzado a volar sillas, mesas y demás decenas metros de distancia donde estaban las CCTV en tierra y no fue así, otros datos y hechos que no acreditan la existencia de la manga

Lo explica, causa un viento menor horizontal que es el que se estudia, en una zona muy concreta de 50 a 100 m, pero no lo asevera, ni lo da como opción es una POSIBILIDAD, como cabe "QUE NO DIERA ESA OPCIÓN"

Muy crudo lo lleva el capitán AL INCUMPLIR LA CONDICIÓN DE QUILLA BAJADA SIEMPRE CON PASAJE Y CARGA A BORDO , es como no poner el freno de mano y que el coche caiga por viento y mate a 6 personas, no tiene excusa alguna de coche inseguro.

Por eso otra forma de manipular es de 10 paginas poner solo una gráfica y no las condiciones de la misma y censurar el resto del informe para sacar la pre-conclusión judicial que uno quiera y luego acosar e insultar.
