Al parecer el Hugo Boss amurado a babor no fue capaz de caer para evitar un amurado a estribor, lo enganchó por el back y lo desarboló. Como llevaban a tanta figura a bordo y no era cuestión de retirarse continuaron hasta la línea de llegada. Posteriormente en la protesta se les dió el DSQ, que por lo visto no se tomaron muy bien por que han intentado una nueva vista que se les ha denegado.
