Comparar un ACC con un VO70 es como comparar el esquí de fondo con el alpino, y precisamente por ahí va el comentario de Cayard:
"It isn't really a fair appraisal I suppose as I just finished sailing 35,000 miles on a boat that goes 35 knots on a regular basis. It is a different game sailing these boats. It is quite a chess match to position your big heavy beast between the destination and the other boat."
Son casi deportes distintos. En un bastón con más de 8-10 nudos, el VOR70 le metería una milla al ACC, es como bajar un pista negra con los esquís de fondo y el competidor con unos de descenso.
Por no mencionar las quillas basculantes, en una ceñida con treinta nudos, el ACC no podría ni participar...
Por mi parte, me encantaría navegar en un Volvo, pero preferiría regatear en un ACC.
