Según el RIPA, el que "tiene derecho" está obligado a ceder o maniobrar para evitar el abordaje cuando vea que el barco obligado no lo hace...
después hay quien se "mosquea" porque se aluda a "domingueros" (término terrestre relacionado con la automoción)
