vale, de acuerdo. Lo de la "hiperlegislación" creo que merece un foro aparte (y siguen legislando, esto no hay quien lo pare  ).
Ahora bien, las categorías dependen del diseño y construcción del aparato... en otras palabras, el "techo" de seguridad no es el mismo según qué barco (categoría).
