muy cierto: el Titanic tuvo un "tráfico" muy interesante mientras se hundía... y lo escucharon (oyeron) varios barcos sin ningún problema.
Ahora en serio:
los esfuerzos van en la dirección de automatizarlo todo: un navegante está en apuros y aprieta un botón rojo y ya está. "Kiss". En teoría.
Peeeeero, la piedra en el camino está en la gran cantidad de países que no pueden/quieren obligar a sus navieras a invertir el "pastón" que hay que invertir en tecnología... no sigo...
