I can confirm that the STIX figure of 37.04 is correct for a Discovery 55 with empty tanks. I understand the minimum recommended figure for an ocean going yacht is 32. You should also be aware that the ballast ratio of the Discovery 55 is 42.2%.

Esta misma respuesta es la que me dieron a mi. Pero como insistí en la duda, han enviado los números que hice al diseñador, Ron Holland, a ver que me explica. Estoy esperando la respuesta, que subiré aquí.
