Es q aqui quién manda es la ISAF, q estamos desvariando!!!! si un organizador se acoje a las reglas de la ISAF y por lo tanto a las OSR para regatas de categoría 2 lo dicen muy claro hombre...:
4.08.4 At least one member of the crew shall hold a current Senior First Aid Certificate or equivalent and should be familiar with the management of medical emergencies that may occur at sea including Hypothermia, and radio communications operations for obtaining medical advice by radio.
