Yo no sé nada de ingeniería náutica, pero así a bote pronto, diría que el engendro no parece muy estable.
O sea que con eso yo no navego ni en el estanque del parque de la Ciudadela

Lo que es muy curioso es el recorrido que ha hecho el avion de sasemar una vez los han recogido y hasta El Hierro.

Supongo que seria para acomodarse a la velocidad del helicoptero.

Pues debe haber un error, según la web de estos "intrepidos navegantes", dan las gracias al centro de rescate de Falmouth, ni mención de Sasemar.. estos british son la leche!

"The intrepid duo were forced to set off their EPIRB, Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon yesterday evening. They had been fighting against a storm for a number of hours which suddenly worsened and began rolling the boat, they took the difficult decision to abandon the attempt before they suffered serious injury. They were airlifted from the boat and taken to hospital, both are now fine and are awaiting a flight back to the UK. Both Kieran and Callum would like to thank the Falmouth Coast Guard for their assistance in the rescue. The status of the boat is unknown at this time".

Es que los de la Falmouth Coast Guard iban en un helicóptero tambien a pedales, por eso llegó sasemar antes.
