ademas hice asi la prueba con el taladro bateria y bombilla y el alternador carga perfectamente hasta 14 v, supongo que el taladro dara 1500 vueltas y el motor da bastantes mas, solo me queda comprobar a mas revoluciones para ver que no se pase

3AW Warning Light Controller The 3AW warning light controller is located under the heater box near the blower motor (see photo above). It looks like a flasher unit and has three electrical terminals on the bottom.
Its function is to illuminate the ignition warning light whenever the ignition switch is turned on and the alternator is not providing output voltage. The Delco alternator provides its own warning light function, so the 3AW warning light controller is no longer required and should be eliminated from the circuit. Disconnect the Brown/Yellow and Brown/Black wires from the bottom of the 3AW and connect them together as shown in the figure below. The Black ground wire is unused and can be left disconnected.
