He recibido la respuesta de Navionics,  Como pensaba, las aplicaciones para IPhone y Android, son diferentes y por eso en pantalla aparecen diferencias entre una y otra, si bien en un futuro tendrán las mismas opciones, supongo que se podrán actualizar previo pago...
