Para quien no sepa como hacer el cambio del registro del nuevo MMSI Belga en el registro mundial, aqui la respuesta de quien lo hace y lo que necesita.

Indeed, it is me who's notifying your EPIRB at Cospas-Sarsat (IBRD). In order to do this, you'll have me to give me the right 15 bit hexadecimal code, which has to be programmed into your EPIRB and who's based on our MMSI and your type of beacon.
