Por si a alguien le interesa, hice esta consulta a Jeanneau (se me ha puesto a tiro un SF37); la respuesta que me han dado es:

We never did this modification as the boat exists in 2 cabins.

Depending on the implementation of the change, there may be a risk of lack of cockpit structure.

We don’t advise you to do this change.

No lo recomiendan, por riesgo de pérdida de integridad de la estructura de la bañera.
