Ah, claro, tiene sentido...
pero, ¿no sería más correcto que fuera Capitanía quien llegara a acuerdos con el Ayt. ?(no veo que un Ayt. tenga jurisdicción más allá de la Ley de Costas...).
Así que no son municipales en sentido estricto. Hay que verlos como "agentes" de Capitanía. O sea, son Capitanía Marítima. Y así se deben de identificar (por lo que deberían llevar consigo la documentación que los habilita)... etc.
