Así que no son municipales en sentido estricto. Hay que verlos como "agentes" de Capitanía. O sea, son Capitanía Marítima. Y así se deben de identificar (por lo que deberían llevar consigo la documentación que los habilita)... etc.  Que lo paséis bien
