The first pic gives you a good idea of what happened. If you imagine the forward edge of the flap like a watch band with pins, the top end pulled out after the pin/axle/whatever was holding it in broke. We saw something go over the back of BOR 90, it was probably that piece.

Second and third pics are the guys lashing it all together for the ride home after punching holes in the two and three flap to have an attachment point.

Heading back to hotel to get vids up.
