Esto es lo que hay para la Neptune. Para habilitar el modo DSC y poder borrar/cambiar el MMSI necesitamos ponerla en modo 1 o 4 por medio del soft y el cable.

Supongo que para la Cobra será igual o muy parecido, y tal vez el soft sea el mismo o semejante.

There are several options how to set up the marine radio for use with or without DSC, with or without ATIS and all possible combinations of these modes.
The table shows the
5 different legal setting combinations

Mode 1. Standard delivery factory setting is without any MMSI and/or ATIS number entered
and is equal to Mode 1. The user can now 1 x enter the desired MMSI and / or ATIS number, but cannot modify these codes later. For any modification the user must contact the distributor, who can erase or change Mode 1 settings with his PC cable and PC software.
In this setting it is possible for the user to switch anytime between ATIS and DSC modes, as it is allowed for pleasure boats or cases where the operator has all necessary certificates.
