Gracias ya me han contestado, me han dado el ok al catálogo del fabricante con las medidas en francés, para la solicitud que pongo eslora total o en flotación?

Ni una ni otra. Eslora de casco, descrita de este modo en el propio formulario:

The length of the yacht is the length of the hull calculated between the vertical lines running through the end points of the hull at the stern and the bow, omitting elements of equipment of the yacht protruding outside the footprint of the actual hull, in particular such elements as rudder, bowsprit, bumpkin, rub strakes, bulwarks.
