Hello, it depends on the licence you have. If it is PER and you dont separate more than 12 mles from the coast yes.
Another thing.... I know it is not fair but it also depends where you got your licence. As far as I know nautical licence are not like car driving licence even inside EU. I have heard of some Europeans having trouble because their licence could not be used in other EU countries. If it is a professional licence then no problem.

I also dependes on your ship length.
