Contacté vía email a Polonia y de 3 direcciones, 1 contestó que efectivamente mis papeles habían llegado bien, pero que faltaba esto:

"We have received your documents. The only thing I have recollection of is the missing letter of authorization to be yacht’s operator. I realize it may not be mentioned before. Just send me a filled authorization form via scan and it would be all."

y me adjuntaba un documento que pone esto

I the undersigned (name and surname)
residing at (adress)
holding ID with the number .....
authorise Mr/Mrs. (name and surname)
residing at (adress)
holding ID with the number
to act as the operator of the yacht (details of the yacht: type, hull number, potential name and registration number)

lugar y firma

Yo entiendo este documento, no como el título nautico sino como que autorizo como propietario a una persona (X) "to act as the operator of the yatch"

Os ha pasado a alguno? He respondido y estoy a la espera de respuesta.
